How to fit an intercom
Do you ever ride with a companion or group? Communicating by hand signals works to a degree, but being able to speak – and be heard – is far more preferable.
A bike intercom is the answer. Not only will it allow you to chat to several bikes at once, but it'll let you take and make phone calls and listen to music on the go.
This video shows a typical installation for an intercom, in this case a Sena 60S.

3 ways to rustproof better than new
Martin's a brave guy. He’s taken on a classic car with a fair reputation for tin worm. But he's persevering and working his magic with the body panels – we've highlighted a couple of this project's video's before.
In this one, he's rustproofing, finishing, positioning and reassembling a panel, and demonstrating three ways of improving on what came out of the factory. It's tricky stuff, though, with a template required for precise locating of this complicated part. Martin may not be breaking any reacords here, but he gets a massive thumbs up from us.

New Fuel System & Citroën XM Still Won’t Start?
If you caught last month's video from Jonny Smith, about an Audi RS2 that had been languishing outdoors for several years, you’ll know that time isn't kind to car parts, especially if they're made of rubber or plastic.
This time it's Car Wizard with a Citroen XM. Yes, in the US of A, where any Citroen is a rare thing.
This example has fuel-system issues. All of the rubber hoses and fuel pump have been replaced, and the fuel injectors cleaned, but it still won't start. Signs of mouse damage and a melted ignition module have the Wizard reaching for the Haynes manual for the wiring diagrams. Can he get it going?
